[imp] DIMP problem

We upgraded our Horde installation to the latest releases (Horde 3.3/IMP
 H3 3.3) and added DIMP 1.1.  Everything seems to be working ok, except
for one crucial element of DIMP.  Selecting multiple items and deleting
them or moving them only acts on the first message.  If you move drag
and drop messages to a folder, the remainder disappear.  If you delete
messages, only the first is actually marked as deleted on the IMAP
server.  The others are shown as deleted in the web browser, but a purge
only takes away a single message.  If I set the option to move to trash,
only the first message makes it to trash, the others just disappear.  I
added some logging code into imp.php before line 419 " if ($action ==
'DeleteMessage') { " to see what was coming from the browser, and I can
see the correct message#'s in the indices array, but for some reason,
only one message is being acted on.  Any ideas where to look?  Tried
from multiple platforms/browsers and accounts...
