[imp] Quota warning noticability

Hi!

Apparently, when a user's IMAP quota is almost used, the only way IMP
alerts the user is by changing the background colour of the quota bar
red. Now I've got some users that apparently find it too hard to look at
the top of their folder list... are there other, more visible / audible
ways to alert the user of an almost full quota?
