[imp] Logout Bug not yet fixed in Horde Framework?

Hello,

after upgrading i had the same problem described here:

without changing the Horde.php file, i was unable to logout even with all needed conf params set.

What am  i missing? Why do i need to change the official stable code of horde framework to be able to logout ?
