[imp] Trash and Sent Folder Links Missing from Sidebar since Upgrade from 4.1.4

FYI i fixed the problem. There was a code change from 4.1 to 4.3 in IMP - i had $conf['user']['allow_folders'] = false;. In 4.1 you would still be able to see existing folders in the left menu - now you only see inbox. I had to hack the IMAP\tree.php to allow browsing Sent and Trash Folder

(it doesnt make sense to allow delete, and not being able to see the trash folder at all)
