[imp] insert images/graphics when composing html mail?

It works here for me using the HTML editor.  I had to enable that button 
though.  It was disabled by default.  Go to Options > Mail > Message 
Composition > The buttons NOT to show when using Xinha, and un-highlight 
Insert/Modify Image.
