[imp] Mailbox columns in DIMP

In that case I'm the only one missing something.

I've installed from scratch, with an empty database that populates 
itself as IMAP users log in for the first time. I've done nothing to my 
user profile except add addressbooks and set my name in the profile, so 
it should basically have all the default values.

IMP shows both columns, but DIMP looks like this:

Clicking on "Date Arrival" changes whether it sorts ascending or 
descending, but I cannot figure out how to add Message date or sort by it.

Hints?
