[imp] IMP, dovecot and no folders except inbox

#1 - you really should upgrade your version of IMP - 4.1.6 is very old.
#2 - Nothing.  Any recent version of IMP (including IMP 4.1.6) should  
work with dovecot out of the box.  Did you disable folders in the  
config?  Have you subscribed to the folders?
