[imp] mail reading problem

i have tested problem and the result:

 Using Turkish as preferred language(by horde options):

1. Html mail received but can not read its content. it says that 'Show this HTML in a new window? ' but nothing is shown.

2. click another icon(application) and then try to read e-mail. it succeeds.

Using English as preferred language:
There is no problem...

PHP packages i am using(x86_64-they are all the latest versions):

That could mean two things, either you are running a PHP version that is broken with Turkish locales, or you have hit a bug in IMP.
