[imp] IMP does not send mail to local addresses

Maximum memory in php is controled in
php.ini
memory_limit = xxM      ; Maximum amount of memory a script may consume

make xx something large to start with
I start at 64 or 128

This will give you some headroom for larger mails and attachments
