[imp] can't sort messages

Hello,

Is there any known issue when the user scan't sort messages?
Our customers reported us that clicking on column headers doesn't work, I
verified this issue being logged on his account, but on my account it works.

Apparently some preferences issue but I haven't found that in FAQ nor google
(only issues with courier imap or horde/imp installation, but in such case
it wouldn't work on my account too)
