[imp] Re-ordering virtual inbox and trash

I think this makes a lot of sense.  I've also thought on and off about  
the saved search/virtual folders (both in IMP and in Turba) and keep  
wondering about maybe renaming them to something like a "smart folder"  
or similar instead.
