[imp] Fetch Mail problem

I recently added the fetch mail function to one of my email accounts.   
Since that time, I have not been able to get passed the logon page.   
The server just seems to get stuck, leaving me on the login page with  
the message Done at the bottom of the screen.

How do I get passed this problem.

I am not an administrator to multiple accounts, I use Horde for  
personal use only.
