[imp] problem redering html

Thus the installation of the horde (3.1.4) / imp (4.1.4) here in the
company, which sometimes have problems with viewing emails in html. The imp
is not just the html and displays the html code without rendering.
Investigating the problem that is found in the header of the e-mail. The
same message received in Outlook Express displays normally. I know the imp
follows the rfc, but the User does not know that. Someone has been there or
is there a workaround for the problem?
