[imp] allow imap server only through https

Maybe Matus wants to enable some IMAP server(s) only if user access horde
system through HTTPS mode.

I guess it can be done by editing /{horde or imp}/templates/login/login.html
file .

It would be a nice to have such feature in horde. Some IMAP servers might be
accessed from HORDE server through untrusted networks.
