Should be configurable via CSS - "composebody" class (at least as of  
IMP 4.3.7).

As for HTML - this is more difficult.  It can be done, but you will  
probably have to hack at the source where the javascript editor  
instance code is created, and it will differ depending on which JS  
editor you are using (xinha or fckeditor).
