[imp] IMP Turtle

 Hi all - My IMP is very slow ... specifically it consistantly takes between 15 - 20 seconds (by the clock ... not an exaggeration) to respond whenever it has to go to the server for something ... even if I am just clicking "Back To Inbox". Don't know if my Server is slow overall, or if it is specific to Horde, or how to measure/troubleshoot this. 

Any suggestions?
