[imp] maximum number of recipients setting is not working.

This statement prints it as 'true' when configured to use with eaccelerator.

The version of eacceleartor which I have installed is not documented  
to be working with PHP 5.1. where as it is documented to be working  
with 5 and > 5.2.  We have RHEL 5 and it has PHP 5.1.

But, when I download latest version of eaccelerator, it does not work  
at all with HORDE/IMP.  Which is the best alternate for eaccelerator?
