[imp] RTL language entry in HTML editor

We got this question from one of our users, and I'm not sure if IMP  
supports this or not?

     Is there a "directional arrow" feature in HTML composition mode?
     When typing in Hebrew (right to left) all the punctuation marks
     end up at the beginning of the sentence.

I know that if you switch the interface language to hebrew (or another  
RTL language), that the interface changes, and displays the UI text  
from right to left.
