[imp] Anybody using imp with dovecot/imap?

I recall a similar issue long ago, and I had to futz with namespaces in
dovecot.conf.  I'm not sure if it's still required, but I did see the 'no
subfolders' symptoms at some point, maybe even dovecot pre1.0..

  location =
  prefix = INBOX.
  separator = .
  type = private
}
