[imp] imp "to:" in email header between angle brackets

hello,

i have an imp 4.2 installed,  how can i configure imp to put
the "To:" (From:) email-adr betwenn <> for ex.: <mailq at host.tld>

in the past many mailservers rated our emails with some minus-points in 
spam score about while the header is not rfc 821 conform.
