[imp] Problem showing special characters in IMP 5 and html mode

Hello IMP-mailing list,

i use IMP5 as my webmail and there seems to be a big problem.
If i send messages from imp to imp in html mode, there a no special 
chars like "ü,ä,ß". I can see somthing like "SchÃ¶ne GrÃ¼ÃŸe".

So, if i send e-mails from outlook or my lokal thunderbird in html-mode, 
all special chars are there, all is fine. some e-mails, like from ebay 
are showing the same problem.

have you any hints, for solving this issue?

If i send a e-mail in html-Mode FROM imp5 to thunderbird or outlook, 
there a no problems, all specials chars are present.

Longtermstudies from google given me no answer.
