[imp] Hide messages marked for deletion

It will appear in the mailbox listing of the traditional mode if you  
are not using a Trash mailbox.  If you *are* using a Trash mailbox,  
then deleted flags are completely irrelevant so there is no need to  
hide them (and, concurrently, no need to show a hide deleted messages  
option).

This option does not currently exist in the dynamic mode.  See Ticket #10256.
