[imp] IMP (Dynamic) - Date in preview window does not show the time

Thinking about this... the time might be important going back even  
more than 3 days.  Doesn't really hurt anything (other than having  
duplicate information on the screen) to display the full string.  This  
has been changed for IMP 5.0.15.
