You need to manually debug the javascript yourself.  See, e.g.,  
horde/docs/INSTALL

My installation doesn't have a horde/docs/INSTALL directory and I don't know what "manually debug the javascript yourself" means.
It sounds like "you're on your own mate" !
Can anyone help at all?
