[imp] Return receipts

Hello,

When I've get a mail with a return receipt attached, I get a message:

The sender of this message is requesting a Message Disposition
Notification from you when you have read this message.

This is ok so far, but I can't figure out where to click to send the
notification back. Am I missing something or should there be a popup box.
I works fine on our old version of horde (h3), the problem appears on h4
with imp 5.

Any ideas what could cause this problem ?
