You mean "Preferences" -> "Folder Display" ?
"Expand the entire folder tree by default in the folders view?" => "Remember the last view"
"How should namespaces be displayed in the folder tree view?" => "Combine all namespaces"

That works fine for all folders and subfolder of the users mailbox, but not for folders of a shared mailbox.
Next problem is, when the option "Use IMAP folder subscriptions?" is enabled I have to subscribe the shared folders after every log in again.
