[imp] Subscribing to folders

Sorry for that private mail. Switching mda and mta at the same time (including 
switching keyboard-shortcuts) is making me miss such things.

Yep, that shows me all folders, both subscribed and unsubscribed. But 
how do I subscribeto folders  in horde/imp?
