[imp] Particularly goofy UW-IMAPD error with ONE user

The versions you've specified are not the newest.

Horde 3 will go into legacy mode very soon. You should consider upgrading Horde/IMP on dev server first, before rolling out the system. And if you still have the problem you are describing you then can debug IMAP communitation with the help of IMP 5.
