[imp] Encoding/HTML

Hi, I can se my emails well but when I click to print the special  
characters are wrong. I cannot see "canção" for example. Another  
problem: if I send and email edited in html to myself I cannot see the  
html parts and the special characters are wrong too. Please help me.  
My users are making me crazy because of that!
