Yes, you will have administrative access to Horde and other  
applications.  However, this does NOT necessarily mean that you will  
be able to add/remove email addresses from your email server. That  
depends entirely on how Horde is setup to authenticate with the IMAP  
server. It's possible it shares the same authentication database, but  
it is also very likely that it does not.
