[imp] [Horde] Strip attachment problem

I am not expert on PHP, but can I rebuild my PHP installation safety ?
I don't want to have a broken Horde installation after rebuild PHP...

If the global $notification variable is not available, your Horde
installation is totally broken.

Maybe you have stale PHP APC caches or something like that.  But there's no
way this can happen in Horde since that page would have fatally errored out
long before if the notification system could not be initialized.
