[imp] Message size

Hi

I need to increase message size.
It can only send upto 2 mb.
I want to increase it to 25 mb
*
May be your Mailserver (not Horde) is limiting the message size?*

I can send upto 25 mb using outlook.
my mailserver is not a problem.

*after making changes to the php.ini you didi not reload/restart teh
webserver service?*

I have restarted couple of times.
