[imp] Position of the cursor in a new message

 Hello,

The position of the cursor doesn't respect the preference i set.
Indeed, when i choose Text Plain for "Default method to compose  
messages", the cursor is placed in the field "To" regardless the  
option "Where should the cursor be located in the compose text area by  
default?".

When the "Default method to compose messages" is HTML, the cursor is  
placed after the signature.

Is it a bug or a problem in my configuration (horde 4.0.15 and imp 5.0.23)?
