[imp] One user has error on SMTP from any webmail menu option

I think I found the problem.  The user had changed the notification
preference for tasks
to email.  I found two horde alarms with alarm_methods referencing email.
Once I updated that in the database to 'a:1:{i:0;s:6:"notify";}' the
webmail session worked normally again.
