[imp] creation of folder

Hello,

With imp 5.0.23, i can create a new folder (at the top-level of  
folders) with the dynamic mode without any problems.

With the traditionnal mode, i can't do this. The only thing i can do  
is to create a folder under one existing.

I am using dovecot 2.0.16

Bugs ?
