[imp] Display users quote horde 4 with server imap cyrus

The default option is working for me on horde 4 with dovecot imap quota 
enabled

     'quota' => array(
         'driver' => 'imap',
         'params' => array(
             'hide_when_unlimited' => true,
             'unit' => 'MB')
     ),
