[imp] disable maintenance tasks

Hello everyone,

I would like to disable maintenance tasks in Horde4 IMP 5.0.22.
In previous versions it was done by disabling it in the IMP
preferences file, with 'do_maintenance' setting its value to '0'.

Could you please tell me how to do it?
