[imp] Sent folders, identities and UTF-8 encoding

Hello,

Since Horde 5, IMAP namespaces now requires to be in the UTF-8  
charset, not UTF7-IMAP. Some users have customized their sent folders  
in imp preferences/identities. Coming from Horde 4, horde-db-migrate  
script didn't convert  UTF7-IMAP "sent_mail_folder" in table  
horde_prefs  ( horde/identites ). How do you fix this ?
