[imp] 'TO' list error in preview

No.

The current release is IMP 5.0.24.  Bug reports from out-of-date  
versions aren't useful.

Even if this is still an issue in IMP 5, it won't be fixed since that  
branch is now only receiving critical security issues/bug fixes.
