[imp] double encoding

Hi there,

since upgrading to H5/IMP6 I have unicode double encoding issues with 
some emails (outlook?). All german umlauts are displayed double encoded 
in the preview-pane. If I view the message body by clicking on the 
"view.php?actionID=view_attach"-Link its displayed correctly. In H4/IMP5 
the mails are displayed correctly. Any ideas on this one?
