Doesn't compile without phpize.
I've spent too long on this already to mess around with redhat bureaucracy
I found all the rpms for el6.x86_64 I needed and the considerable number of
dependencies that popped up at pkgs.org
I had already removed noexec from /tmp
Can I suggest the horde howto on page 7 warns of the issues with pecl /
phpize on redhat servers
