This is a problem with your SMTP setup (e.g. postfix), not Horde/IMP.
This has nothing to do with dovecot, btw. Dovecot is an IMAP server
and does not handle mail delivery (yet... Dovecot does not support
BURL/LEMONADE-ish message submission at this time)
