[imp] Reply button sends Reply to All

Hi!

I've seen this get debated in the past years, but I would like to  
bring it up again and hope for some resolution.  I find that the  
default behavior of the 'Reply' button is 'Reply to All'.  I would  
like the option to change this to 'Reply to Sender' by default when  
you hit the 'Reply' button.

If this is undesirable, can this be made into a preference so that the  
code does not have to be changed?  Is there an easier way to do this  
other than patching the php?
