[imp] add attachment - select file window show up two times

Hi,

if I choose a file after click on "Add Attachment" the file load up,  
but the window to select the file show up again. Choose the same file  
again and click ok load the file up a second time and the file select  
window close.

Click on abort after the first file select close the window and show  
the uploaded attachment as expected.
Upload via Drag & Drop work fine.

This happens in Iceweasel 22 on Debian 7.1, but not in Chromium  
Version 27.0.1453.110 on my Debian desktop.
Can anyone confirm this?
Look like a browser problem, or?
