[imp] clamscan for scanning virus reg.

  Dear Michael,

I am using IMP 6.1.5 now.  I assume this is fixed in IMP 6.1.6.  That's
OK. 

But, same problem happens when attachment size is more than the allowed
size.  Is this also gets fixed with your patch?
