[imp] Adding attachments under Windows does not work after upgrade to IMP 6.1.8

Yesterday I upgraded to webmail 5.2.0 and imp 6.2.0 but the problem persists.

I did a kernel upgrade on the server after which the problems  
occurred. Maybe it is not a horde bur a Debian problem. Did someone of  
you with a Debian server have the problems?
