I indeed cannot reproduce to get a Content-Description header like in 
Carlos' (soporte at scholem.edu.ar) malformed mail posted to this list, 
however there is an old fixed bug which now seems to have a new occurance:

PS: If replying to digests, *please* consider setting the subject 
appropriately to have something more specific than "Re: [imp] imp 
Digest, Vol 3750, Issue 1". It is even mentioned in the digest's first 
paragraph.
