[imp] ML digest formatting breaks on signatures

Mailing lists munge all sorts of mail details. i.e. they break
cryptographic signing because they alter structural details of the
message.
And signatures are already nearly impossible to detect because they
have no defined format. So add to that the fact that signatures can
also be munged (and that someone may have top-posted with the entire
reply below the signature)... and determining what is a "signature"
becomes an exercise in advanced AI neural networks.
Reason number 267 why signatures are completely useless as currently
used in email.
