[imp] Position of the cursor

Hello,

Some users have reported the following problem. With firefox (test  
with version 31.7), when replying in HTML mode, the cursor is always  
placed at the bottom, whatever the config paramater compose_cursor.

However, it works fine with IE9 and chrome.

Do i need to report this bug ?
