[imp] imp Digest, Vol 4143, Issue 1

Hey Jan,
when I switch to PHP 7.3 Horde doesn't show me the left-side folder
structure and also the left-click isn't working. There are no errors
in the console (Chrome an Firefox).
When I go back to 7.0 averytjing works fine again.
